The CrossFit Games Open

Amsterdam

The Open take place between February 16th and March 6th.

We will host the 3 Open workouts in all our Friday and Saturday CrossFit classes during those weeks.

The “Friday Night Lights” event will take place every week at Vondelgym Oost.

There will be two time slots you can sign up for in the app a week in advance, from 16:00-18:00 and 18:00-20:00.

The slots are capped at 30 members each, but we can potentially decide to increase the capacity Friday mornings if the workout allows it.

You are only eligible to join the Friday nights if you are officially signed up for the competition through the CrossFit Games website!

Rotterdam

We will host the 3 Open workouts in all our Friday classes during the Open weeks.

There will be two time slots for the “Friday Night Lights” event, from 17:00-18:30 and from 18:30-20:00.

In Rotterdam you are also welcome to join Friday nights if you are not officially registered for the Open!
