Youngsters is our youth department. We teach at schools in the city and of course in the gym. Having fun is the starting point of all lessons; play time in motion!

Think of Kids CrossFit lessons on Wednesday afternoon, Taekwondo and Footballgym on Saturdays, Bootcamp and Kickboxing at various after-school moments in our gyms.
