Yoga & Mobility, strength and flexibility are essential for those who train on the regular. We offer daily mobility training with a lot of focus on hips, back, shoulders and hamstrings. And of course, we offer yoga in addition. Join us for (multiple) daily sessions on Wibautstraat, or (only) during the weekends on the Overtoom.
